Create a Luxurious Feeling Bathroom in your Home

It’s finally the big day where I get to show you how we completely and utterly transformed our kid / guest bathroom in just six weeks. This was a huuuuge makeover, and I’m beside myself with excitement to show you all the exciting changes. Our guest bathroom is fairly original except, I suspect, the floor tile. My plan is to just temporarily update the bathroom. I will Paint all of the paintable surfaces cabinet, baseboard, window & door trim, door, walls and spray paint the fixtures. I think a little update will be nice for guests in the meantime before we really figure out how to renovate the space.

It all starts with a very messy, dusty demolition of your current bathroom – fittings removed and into a skip, tiles off the wall, flooring lifted and an initial clean-up. Hopefully, the demolition won’t reveal any hidden structural damage caused by leaks or nasty surprises like asbestos.
